If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in Fairfield County, CT. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthier Ops LLC regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
22. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
